There's plenty you can do for performance. You just have to do your own research and decide how much money you want to spend. PPE makes headers for the car. Precision Industies makes a torque converter that really wakes it up. Kelford has a variety of cams and valve springs. SRT probably has the best intake when used with their ecu. There's plenty of exhaust's available for it. If you want to go crazy with it then there's rods, pistons, fuel system upgrades etc. Just make sure you're buying VVTI stuff

Intake - either SRT with its ECU or another with a Standalone ECU
Headers - SS Used or PPE, I actually think SS may be better because it seems like everyone sold their PPE headers as soon as they got them
Exhaust - I've heard mixed things about the exhaust. I have heard that the stock exhaust already flows very well so aftermarket exhausts may actually decrease power. I think it was JBrady that mentioned the proper way to modify your stock pipes and get custom merge pipes to produce max power.
Torque Converter - Everyone says this is probably the best mod, it gives you 100% torque at take off. You can get a Performance Torque Converter, or have your stock TC tweaked.
LSD - You can get a LSD for better power distribution while turning. People usually go with TRD or the Supra LSD
Gearing - You can change the gearing up, people usually go with Supra Gearing or the GS 300 Gearing, I think.
Valve Body Upgrade - This is used to enable quicker shifting. It has been noted that the GS 400's engine is actually very powerful, but the slow shifts of the tranny hold the car back from getting better track times (and of course the cars weight).
Rods and Pistons - Can be found at Lextreme, they are pricey and I've never heard about results.
