Default Blower Motor- again

All,

I could use some help troubleshooting a blower motor problem. I recently (30 days ago) replaced the blower control module due to the fan staying on high all the time. This appeared to fix the problem, but I found that every now and then the fan would quit working. I would turn off the a/c and let it sit for a minute or two and then turn it back on and all would be back to normal.

Today the fan quit again and wouldn't come back on. I checked for voltage at the blower motor and nothing.

BTW, dealership insists that I can't return the blower control module as it is an electronic component (even though it appeared flaky since installing). Don't get me started about Nally Lexus in Roswell, GA.

Any help diagnosing will be greatly appreciated.

Bob

Still trying to troubleshoot the blower motor problem. I removed the motor and hardwired and it is working properly. I dug out the blower control module and checked voltage before the module (with the key in the run position) and the A/C unit on high and I get nothing.

Can someone confirm for me which fuses or relays I might need to check? Or any other hints or tips?

Thanks again,
