I feel that grinding it down instead of cutting, you can control how smooth it will turn out. Also easier to control how much you take off. While grinding, you'll probably melt it as you go, no problem there cause the melted pile that is created can be broken off with your fingers very cleanly. but wait till it cools down and hardens LoL, I burnt my fingers with my impatience!

I can't seem to get a good cut because the ls460 extends out and touching the side (red). I've been cutting that part and failed to do it nicely... I need more practice I guess.

BTW, I used a cutoff tool and an air compressor worked MUCH faster than a dremmel.

I can make a clean straight cut, but not a curved cut. I have one of those but electric.

Thats why I say grind it. you can use the outer flat edge (not the blade itself) to create whatever shape you want. I'll admit though, I got a couple cramps in the weirdest places on my arm due to the crazy position I had to put my arm in to get that smooth cut/curve lol

I guess it's just me...but how long have I had the supercharger? LOL. I'll need a smaller grinder to work on that area... it always come out funky. I don't want to ruin too many, cus it's pretty expensive LOL.
