Default 00 gs horn won't go off

I have a gs 300 2000, my car has been sitting for about 3months because I havnt had a chance to get new tags for it yet. So in the mean time I gave it a jump start because the battery is very low. But as soon as I connect the jumping cables the horn keeps going off! I took the horn fuse out from the hood and it still goes off. Any ideas? I'm starting to get worried

Just unplug the horns. I think there's three of them.

Is the horn on constantly or is it beeping off and on?

If it goes off and on then that's the alarm, hit your key button to shut it off.
