OEM Y Pipe
(Car See Pic 1) Car was in accident June 6th. (See Pic 2) Finally got the car back mid July (See Pic 3).
After checking tire pressure the other day, I noticed the Y pipe was kinked, which the body shop and insurance both seemed to miss. So, I brung the car back to the body shop. After being accused of creating the damage myself after the accident and being told "a car would never leave his shop with the exhaust like that", I mentioned that I had pictoral evidence showing the damage occured. I showed him this set of photos (I have over 400 photos of my car since I got it, so finding when something happened is quite easy) and he quickly changed his tone. As you can see in the damage picture, the exhaust was pushed in atleast 2-4 inches. After the muffler was replaced, the exhaust is still pushed in. It always bothered me but I figured it was just new hangers and my passenger side was sagged. In november, the differential blew. The insurance covered a significant portion of the repair bill on that citing it to be a cause of the accident. Can anyone explain to me why you wouldn't notice a kinked Y pipe that is right by the differential and the muffler the shop replaced!? The insurance adjuster is now coming out for a 5th time (4th time for a supplement). So far, they have paid out 8,550 dollars on this vehicle. I'm beyond frustrated with this, as this seems to be something you wouldn't over look.
In the pictures...The first picture is one week before the accident. The second picture of the damage is the day of the accident. The third picture is after I got the car home 20 minutes after delivery of the body work being done.
Is anyone aware of where to locate an OEM Y Pipe or the cost of one? Part number? I don't want to get screwed on replacement this time around. Does anyone agree that the mufflers are sitting different due to accident caused damage to the Y pipe?

^^^^ I would sure hope everyone here already knows what OEM means I didn't realize he was trying get the OEM info for the reason to achieve maximum value/payout from insurance. I was in the mind set of just getting a aftermarket part for less (which is a consideration if replacing this out of pocket)
I think this is the right part number #17420-46380
