Default High Mileage GS400 Tune Up Help

Bought a 98 GS400 this past September and have no idea what the previous owner did. It currently has 158k miles on it and still drives pretty damn smooth and acceleration still pulls hard. I've been doing research in our forums and have tried a few things such as the CRC MAF Cleaner on the sensor and added Lucas Fuel Injector cleaner to the tank once. I'm getting a tune up tomorrow from my mechanic and want to make sure I'm putting the best I possibly can into this car. Please let me know if there's a better alternative due to the high mileage I have on the Lex. Here's the intelligence that I've gathered from searching on here...

1. NGK Irridium X spark plugs
2. German Castrol GTX 5w30...still unsure wether to switch to sythetic blend
3. Mobile 1 Oil Filter or Toyota 90915-YZZD3?
4. Toyota ATF Type T-4 transmission fluid for flush
5. K&N Drop in air filter....will I lose low end torque?

All the searches resulted in old data from posts back in 03-07. If there is something that I'm forgetting or a better alternative or formula for my tuneup please let me know.

1. Or Denso sk20r11
2. Go with German Castrol GTX 5w30
3. 90915-20004 filter
4. Replace 2+ qts you can drain and refill (do this next 3-4 oil changes)
5. AEM dryflow or AFE pro dry s
6. Rear differential fluid

What do I get for differential fluid? Is changing the differential fluid gonna be expensive for my mechanic to do?
