After installing my L-Tuned suspension and the Intrax sway bars i've found that my GS400 has massive chassis flex when going over bumpy roads... What do I need to fix this? A strut bar or the TRD chassis braces or both? Which one helps more and how much are the TRD chassis Braces and the TRD Strut bars?

I would get the TRD one piece strut bar as the GS has a OEM chassis bar, thin but there nevertheless.
When I installed the strut bar it made my GS solid to the point where if I corner hard I had better cornering due to the less flex effecting the car.

CJ, I expect STB helps more than CB - I have both (TRD).
Great pieces.

How much did you pay for your chassis brace from TRD and how long did it take for you to get it? Also how much was the TRD STB and how long did it take for you to get it? I assume you ordered it from Steve @ Carson Toyota...

No, you don't have to remove the cover.

Yes, you can install yourself (bolts only). I had the dealer do it with other work I had done (springs/shocks, sways, etc.)
There used to be instructions on the old ClubLexus.
