Stock Kill List? - What Can We Kill And What Cant We
We should make a list and post it as a sticky in the racing forum or here of what a stock GS300 and what a stock GS400 can beat... stock to stock that is.
im putting down

Do you mean 0-60 and 1/4 mile or the performance on the track? I've seen a stock 86 Corolla (a girl was driving that)killed IS300 on the track, a bone stock M3 (another girl driver) kills my friend's mod M3, both manuel. The list goes on.
I'm not surprised if an Integra Type S can kill me on the track. GS is not meant to be a track car. Last time I went to Bottomwillow, a 1st gen GS blew his engine. I saw smoke coming from the engine hood.

heh.. let's see..
on my ls400, i kicked everybody *** exept gs400
however..
i once had an opportunity to be in reverse cars
i was in my gs400 and the guy was in ls400.. i smoked the guy
well.. i live on east coast and since i almost all the time in the city we dont race too much, we doo but usually its ends on next few street lights

today i was drivin to work .. and there was another lexus gs400... somewhere 99+.. probably 2000.. 'cause it has black lexus signs.. so i'd assume this is platinum edition.. that girl look hot hot hot .. when we were staying on street light she line up her car right to mine (we were standing door to door) but then i guess she had to go on highway and i was taking locals st.. so she turn on the right

im talking about highway race 60-120MPH race specifically since that is where our car shines, but i am also interested in the 0-60 time although i realize that that has a lot of variables such as launch and shifting (other driver) etc.
some one should make a program for this sort of thing im serious.

Camero SS, Pontiac TransAm aka Firebird, Mustang Cobra, Saleen Mustang, Supra TT, 3000GT VR4, (300ZX i have yet to race) These would be the common threat for your daily driver.
2002 M3, M5, C32, E55. ( you don't see them often, so it's okay)

That is absolutely my favorite movie of all time...Deniro, Pacino and Kilmer all together!!
My list....I only race Civics on the highway and haven't lost yet, even to the turbos. I don't really like to race this car, but they just **** me off with the way they want to race EVERYTHING!
Besides, racing takes me away from watching my favorite flicks on the DVD.

Ive actually killed a few cobra's, and Ive defenatly killed the VR4,2 of my freinds have them one is a 95 the other is a 98 and Ive killed both but the 98 was a pretty close race

Biggie, 3000GT VR4 will beat us a good car length or more. It has 300 hp and very torquy, it WILL beat GS4/430. Average 0-60 time for these VR4 is 5.0 flat or 5.2.
Cobra I've raced the 99+, It was close but it still pulls away on high end. Our GS cannot kill newer 98+ Cobra. I am very sure of this cuz i was hanging with the Saleen Mustang gang.
Rico.. That makes two of us, only if the ending could not be so "holleywood" finished. Don't you just want Deniro to get on the plane and obey his own survival rule? He has violated not once but three times. = (

Hey Sasha, not faulting you, but this could be the pandora's box of all threads. Here's why:
- Not many of us here have stock cars
- We each have our own stories
- All the paramerters involved lend themselves to constant bickering back and forth about other people who have their own stories
Yeah, well, my friend with x can do this, and I've seen y cars run this at teh track so you are FOS....
Stock for stock discussions also lend themselves to mag racer discussions too, and we all know how reliable mag times are, even for a base line comparison.
Don't get me wrong, I'm sure they'll be some good info posted (already from Wei).
There seems to be a larger issue as of late that most threads disintegrate into off topic pissing contests, and I just think that C/L is better than that, BUT, that's a whole other thread.
