Default Red-Clear Tail lights
Just wondering if there is a red-clear tail light for the second gen gs that does not use led's? If not where is the cheapest place to buy red-clear tail lights

on a side note what website can the led ones be found both inners and outers together as a set? not ebay either because i dont really use it?

I personally love the way the 98-00 clears look. I bought nicks set from CL a while back and they look amazing, he did a great job on them. If you got the time, DIY all the way.

i tried to diy it.. the lens doesnt want to come apart. pisses me off so i gave up

DIY is only for the 98-00 tails.

If you want clear on the 2001 up tails, then no DIY and pay the big bucks for JPs.

I love the look of these. It looks even better at night if you do the mod so that both top and bottom lights both come on when you press the brake.

Glen, you can DIY on 01+ tails.

Just laser cut them...

Seriously though, if you like the red/clear on the 01+ tails, the only current option is JP.

There is a used but in excellent shape of JP taillight in classified going for $750 now! last time i check a set of new one runs $1650! I think that is excessive but at $750 is a steal!
