Bigger size rear rims only
I am thinking about replacing rear rims only with 18X9(same manufacturer) 275/35-s , living in front 17x8 245/40.
I figure, it will give me several advantages: much better mileage from front tires (having 2 spares from the rear), summer/winter flexibility, much better ride comfort with "only" 17-th in front and more money left in the bank... .
Anybody has any suggestions/experience?
Will it affect cornering ability (circumference of 18 inch tires is virtualy the same)?
Anybody has 275/35 Kumho's? They are reasonably priced and have very decent UTQG rating and AA for wet traction... .
Thanks for your help.
