Need help w/ wheel size & offsets
The OEM tires are at the end of their lives and I need new tires, so I might as well get wheels too. I wanted the Sevas S-Stars and had my heart set on them, but then I read that I'd have to roll the fenders to make them fit. They're a 19x8.5 and 19x9.5 that are available in 20, 35, and 40 mm offsets. If I could fit these on without rolling the fenders, please let me know as I want these the most.
Anyway, provided the Sevas won't fit, I'm going to get either the Ray's G-Games Baracudas or 2-piece Sidewinders, although I'm leaning more towards the Sidewinders. I'd be buying them from discount tire. Their website lists the sizes. I wanted 8.5' wide fronts, but they don't have them, so I'd have to go with 8". What offset would I get (they have 20, 30, 42, and 48) and what tire size should I put on them? For the rears, I wanted 10" but they are only available with a 28 offset; would that fit without rolling? If the 10 won't fit, I have to go with a 9, as they don't make a 9.5. In the 9" width, the offset is also only a 28. Will I have to roll the fenders for that?
I really don't want to roll the fenders because I don't know any shops around here that do that.
Summing things up, can anybody confirm the fitment, or lack of, for the Sevas wheels? If those don't work, how about the sizes for the sidewinders that I listed?
P.S. I have our bolt patter as 5x114.3, please let me know if I'm mistaken.
