Yes, one of each side LH and RH side, or what ever doors you need. When I get the parts in I will post some pictures up in the thread.

Team, I am going to copy and stick this in the GS forum in case they miss it in the marketplace. This has been an issue with the GS with multiple threads on it.

To answer my own questions, there are a few threads that address DIY Door Actuator:

sorry to go OT, but can you give me a good price on the part thats keeping my passenger front window from going up and down properly? when i try to close it from being all the way down, it dips forward about half an inch, almost stops going up, pulls itself back then SLLOOWWLY goes back up the rest of the way sounding the whole time like it just wants to die... the drivers side front seems to be getting sluggish as well..probably some sort of window motor or something im assuming but i have no clue or idea what this is called or what to order. thanks, again sorry for going OT but i saw that they were selling these actuators due to a common gs problem, and i was hoping maybe we could get a decent price on these as well.

I’m not sure this will work on a GS 400, but for $195.00 it’s worth a try. I have a 2000 F250 Diesel and door lock actuators not working is very common problem with these trucks. On the Ford Truck Enthusiast forum they say to spray “electrical contact cleaner” in the door where the actuator is located and it will clean them. I’ve personally done this (crew cab) to three doors and it worked GREAT! It has been over 8-months and they still work.

I’m not sure if you can actually reach the actuators on a GS 400 without removal of the door skins, but I would try cleaning them before spending the money.

Just tried this with no success. It's worth a shot though if anyone else wants to try, taking off the rear door panel is cake. I went ahead and swapped out the speakers while i was at it!

If anyone locally here in Houston needs to replace their door actuator, I'll do it for $60/door. Replaced all 3 of mine's already.
