Default staggered setup question

I currently own four 20x8.5 diablo vienna rims. I wanted to how if i could go with staggered setup with these rims. What size tires would be needed in to front and in the rear for this setup with the rims (20x8.5) that i have already have. I would like to do this without any modifications to my front/rear fenders.

If the staggered setup is not possible with the four rims that i have, what tire size would you suggest i use on all four rims. I want to use a tire that will not rub at all.

What type of profile tires should i use, 35 or 30?

I thought staggered was when the rims are different sizes.
