Default Starter and Alternator Question

I just changed my starter not too long ago and this morning i try to start my car and it doenst work. It crank but didnt roll over and it seem like short on battery. i'm thinking it might be the alternator but not sure. Does anyone have this problem? Do i have to change the alternator when i change the starter? If so anyone change the alternator themselves on the GS400 yet?

I don't know the exact problem so i have to go get the meter to measure the alternator and the battery tomorrow to see wat is going on. It happened to my NSX and my GS in the same day and same problem. How lucky is that hahahah
