Alright guys, help me out here, I can't decide which wheels I should get. Should I get:
HRE 543 19,s
Alstadt I 19's
Veilside andrew racing dish 18's
other/suggetions
I am not sure if i want to spend the extra money on HREs, and i wonder if 18's would look to small? What do you guys think about Alstadts? I am open for any suggestions. However, i do not want 20 inch wheels.

Thanks

j,

though the alstadts rae good quality, there are simply too many real ones and fakes out there running around. consider you are spending quite a few $$$, HREs or Veilside would be better choices. if you want good looks, get the 19s.

will,
What do you think about the ssr agle strusse. I think those are the ones on the IMC gs. They look very similar to the altstadts. which on in terms of quality do you think is better? I do not have a pic, but look in hyper rev book.(a book every gs owner should have)

SSR wheels are very nice.

If you have the money then go for HREs you won't regret the 19s look and the quality of HREs.

Leave the VeilSides to me

J,

SSR quality are on par w/the alstadt. but the style...like i said, too many real and fakes out there. if your budget can go as high as the hres, there are many choices for you. for that kind of $$, def get the forged 3-piece rims.

Personally, I think 18" wheels look good on the IS, but on the GS, it looks too small.

So now we're talking about 19"...the HRE's are, of course, great...you can also look to www.fikse.com and www.kinesismotorsports.com for other style of 3-piece 19" forged wheels...you might find a style you like.

I think the Altstadts are great looking wheels (and obviously, tons of knock-off manufactures think so too!) but I think the 543's are better looking.

There are SO many wheels out there to choose from...have you check out www.gtautosports.com also?

What do you guys think of the Manaray VR5 line, specifically the exe and quest models? Decent quality? 2-piece? Any photos on them on a GS?

Thanks,

Personally, despite the name, I don't like the Manaray VR5 line...they're 1 piece wheels that "look" like 3 piece wheels. The quality is good however...but I would pick something else. The Manaray Sport wheels are awesome...
