I have a question, which I hope to find answers and figure it being compiled here would be the best..

My R154 from a soarer (or chaser) has a electronic VSS already, and the ABS plug is blocked off. my GS300 should have 4 channel ABS sensor correct? It does NOT have the "trac" button on the interior. The VSS 3 wire plug.. anyone have a new part number for this pig tail?

Second.. With the R154, the auto splined mk3 front half driveshaft also fits but is shorter than the 5speed R154 front half. Has anyone TRIED to use the stock gs300 rear half/carrier bearing and use either the mk3 auto or R154 front half drive shaft? Which is the correct length.. if either, others have mentioned it in their "parts lists" but no confirmation that i've found, and ive YET to find a driveshaft.

this is probably NOT the best place to post this. this is about the W58. search for an R154 swap thread, you'll find your info there i'm sure.

not yet. the whole project is on hold until the spring. My s13 is in the garage hiding from the NH winter. I had hoped we'd have a mild winter like last year and i could push the S13 out for a few days, but we got hit with 8" of snow, so that's not happening. And i'm not trying to swap a transmission out in 25* weather.

Sorry for the hold-up. I most likely won't be updating til spring. Maybe April or so.
