Windshield Options?
Hi all,
I have 1994, with a heavily shattered Windshield, due to a massive tree branch falling on it overnight from a snow storm.
Note: No comprehensive ins, it was my tree on my property.
Outside of stalking local Junkyards... What are my options for finding/purchasing replacement Windshield glass? And how much am I looking at cost wise for just the glass?
Thick end of a 20ft douglas fir branch bounced off the hood and windshield during a snow storm.

Hello,
If you have never done it before and you need a car sooner than later, places like Safelite that will come to you and replace the glass will be the best bet. they do have quoting tools as well to estimate the price you will be looking at.
Finding a new windshield separately from places that install them will be quite tricky for a car of this age, considering the fact that it will have to be shipped, it will not be all that cheaper than ask a company to replace the glass for you. If you need something local and quick, used may be a way to go, that is if you have your personal time for a repair, and there is a place that has one of those cars.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
