gold grill fading

That's why I'd never buy a car with "gold" trim. Sure it looks nice when the car is new, but in the long run it doesn't last and ends up looking like doo-doo sooner or later!

I've never seen green with black emblems, but I had the car repainted and they removed the emblems then painted the car and I told them not to put the emblems back on but they did. So i had to pry them off. I did chip the paint behind the emblems a little but i touched it up. Just need to be VERY careful

All you have to do is get them replated. That's how they do it originally, and thats how you get it re-done. They sell kits in lowrider mags and old tuner mags (they still might but I havent read one in a while) to plate your own emblems gold or chrome, or you could look somebody up online or in the phone book and have them make the emblems/grill look like new. Or painting them like Joe mentioned is another option
