Stance Coilover install Review
First off my car is a 93 Lexus GS. With alot of research, I found that you could use 2nd Gen Coilovers on the front and Supra MKIV on the rear. As far as mounting goes, that is all correct. Everything bolts on like stock. However, the Supra rear shock body is shorter than the GS, thus giving you a lower stance. I have the rear coilover to the highest setting (20 mm of shock body threaded into lower mount) and still i'm tucked. As it sits I like it, however if it settles anymore, I could see myself having problems. The fronts again, bolted on fine, however it was late in the night and I had the coilover set too low so now I have to raise it. A LOT!
Overall, its a great product, good quality. I originally ordered GS 2nd gen coilovers all around with the custom MKIV top and bottom mounts, but there was a mistake in ordering and things got screwed up. I'm going to readjust the fronts and then snap some pix and take a test drive. I was too tired last night to do it.
