It's from AT&T corporate so I feel pretty safe about it. The official announcement is not going to be on the AT&T site, but it's been reported by tech sites like engadget and cnet.

Like HMP07 says, AT&T is thanking its iphone users by offering 1000 bonus rollover minutes. You just need to send the text to receive it. And even though it's supposedly for iphone users only, other AT&T non-iphone users have also reported success in getting the bonus minutes.
