Stockton F/S: W58, DS, KAAZ 2-way LSD
Hi everyone,
The following items are for sale off my 1995 SC300:
1. 5 speed manual (W58) tranny, driveshaft and shifter assembly.
Tranny shifts smoothly but I'm assuming the clutch will need to
be replaced. I can have a new one installed for an additional fee at
the Buyer's option.
SOLD!
2. SC300 differential housing with a KAAZ 2-way LSD. This diff is absolutely
awesome and I wish I didn't have to sell it, but it won't work with my
6 speed and the custom driveshaft I had built for the TT LSD that came
with my swap. Diff fluid was changed less than 5k miles ago.
SOLD!
All parts are still installed in the car and are assumed to be in working order unless otherwise specified. I am selling these parts because I did a GTE/V160 conversion and don't need them anymore.
I will accept cash or paypal and prefer a local sale, but will consider shipping at the Buyer's expense once funds have cleared.
**Note: I plan to be at BOS 7 with the car for anyone who plans to be there. This will be an opportunity to meet me since I do have a low post count. I do have a couple of vouches (soarer13oy and VIP209). They will be at the meet as well. Plus I bought this car on Club Lexus in Feb. 2008 from 240sxer who previously bought the car from Wen.
The best way to contact me is at:projekt_e30@yahoo.com
Thanks!
-Jason

I believe it's stock SC300 gearing. I don't really have an answer for age/mileage of the diff since it came with the car when I bought it. It's still got very smooth lockup and is transparent on accel and decel...assuming you're going over 5 or 10mph. I changed the fluid and additive less than 5k ago, so it's ready to rock!

Does'nt the SC3 and 400s have their very own classified section?
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc4...lassifieds-36/..
if so, I'd talk to DaveGS4 about moving it.

Thanks John! I put this thread in the SC section as well. I figured by having it in the general section, anyone with a 1IS or 1/2GS might have a better chance of seeing it as well.
Good seeing you yesterday! I ended up leaving early once the po-po's started trying to pull over random attendees, but I had fun up to that point!
