Hi all, new member here.

I'm looking for an independent Lexus shop that can give a good price for minor engine work on a GX470 (air switching valve replacement). Anyone have any recommendations? I can do the work myself, but I'd rather have a shop do it because of the emissions codes and speed I need it done in.

I'm trying to close on a GX470 today. Getting it shipped to me, but it needs one thing, an Air Switching Valve replacement. The air injection pump failed, and the previous shop only replaced two of the three air switching valves with the pump. Well the truck is showing code "P1442", and I think pieces of the bad air pump have fouled up the last air switching valve, which was never replaced. Unfortunately to do this, the manifold needs to come off, so a bit of labor is involved.

Any help is appreciated, looking forward to a long history with the truck once this is done.
