Default Horse power

I have a stock 99 GS4 that I bought a couple of months ago. I need some advice I want to get more horse power out of her. With a small budget of 2500.00 any ideas.

you might be able to get away with a 2jz vvti swap with stock twins for $5k. You will make about 300hp with a boost controller
