I'm keeping the wheel locks on for additional security. Never know when I'm in those shady places and they decide to try and steal my expensive wheels

You can probably get all four for slightly more than Lexus charges for one. Available at your local handy dandy auto supply store.

I always remove my wheel locks on day one. The salesman usually says he can get them for me for free but it never happens and I pay a lot at the parts counter. Surely you can do better - they are pretty generic.

I read this quote and the replies and am curious why there is a desire to remove them? The last time I actually changed a flat was pulled over on a freeway with the vehicle as far to the right as possible. Every time a vehicle went by it would knock me off balance. I swore never again and joined Triple A. I've had slow leaks since then where I've added air from my compressor and drove to a tire store to get it repaired. If I get a quick flat when away from the house someone else will be changing it!

because I rotate my tires every 5k myself, and again don't have the need for them. it's an extra step simple as that. for what they are truly designed for I see no risk threat having them w/out. lets be honest I have the 17" wheels, and although not bad in the looks department, I'm betting the thugs are looking elsewhere.

Discount Tire. They are nationwide, should be one near you.
