Default ES 350 Driver Seat Warmer

I have a month old ES350 2015, and I notice that its driver side seat warmer arbitrarily stops warming the seat, even though the seat warmer light remains on. Once it does that it would not warm the seat for the entire trip. Next morning however, when I get into the car, it will work fine. Out of 15-20 trips I have taken in this car it has happened 4 times. Dealer and even Lexus Customer service Guy said they cannot help unless they themselves are able to reproduce the problem. Which I think is not practical given that it is arbitrary (at least appears to be) and goes away once the car is stopped for some time.
Any suggestions, comments and experience will be helpful.

Welcome to the forum! I have only heard of issues with the seat heater on the new IS, never the ES.

Check the wiring under the seat and if there is a plug, assure it is secure.

Hi nkgrupta,
I have a 2015 ES350 which has the same issue. Did you ever find the cause of this problem?

This is a guess, but if there’s a relay for the seat warmer, it might be fubar. Otherwise could be the element itself.
