Default Problem with phone on receiving end.

This is my husbands es350 2013 and he's having an issue. When he is driving and using hands free cell he can hear the people perfectly well but the receiver of the calls always complains can't hear, speak up etc. As a salesman he needs to make calls from the road all day. He took it over to Lexus and they said it's fine but to turn the air vents down from the speaker.... Still nothing Any one else out there have this problem? Fix?

I've not experienced this issue and I don't know if you've already tried this but here's a link to adjusting call volume in the Lexus. Let us know if it works for you.

The microphone is directional, and you need to speak towards the mirror, where the mic is. Try that and see if that helps.
