I've not used my Lexus Destination Assist for a few months until just recently. It sure seems to take a while to connect to a live person. After disconnecting and reconnecting, the agent came on and could not help me. They were performing a software update on her computer.

I tried again today twice and was unable to connect to anyone and I'm in a major city with a great cell connection. Very strange.

First time I ever used the service I was out away from major cities and the service worked flawlessly. Has anyone else experienced issues recently?

Yes the other day in a loaner. First time dropped connection. Second time took 3 minutes at least to connect.
