There are a few of these issue threads, I just picked this one to post my recent observations.
Since early June, I was forced to move my car out of the garage and park in my driveway. This was due to several house projects that needed garage space to complete. Since that time, my battery issue has improved greatly. I've actually gone over a week without any problem! I know this sounds like no big deal to most of you without the issue, but I could rarely go past three days without externally charging. I obviously don't drive it much at this time, so taking it to the dealer and trying to get them to do anything was not worth the hassle.
The one thing I'm doing different is "locking the doors". Could this actually turn something off that usually drains the battery? My key fobs are not stored any further away, so that rules that out. I'm about ready to move it back in, so I guess I can experiment a bit and report back.

Our family owned a 2005 Acura TL and the battery would go dead if we let it sit for 4 -7 days. This is a known defect with the bluetooth devices in some Acura's. Even though the car is off and fob (s) are miles away the defective part causes the car to keep searching for a blue tooth connection. A small drain for sure but over 4 -7 days it drains the battery. Once new blue tooth components were changed the problem went away.
Just picked up a used 2013 ES350. To be safe I will put one of the mini jump start batteries in the trunk. Fingers crossed.

Wow, You guys are the best. My battery died and I charged it to find it did it again when the light would not go off. Put it on Manual rather than Auto and everything was fine. The I walked around and opened the Doors to see if the Open Door Light cam on. All cam on instantly except the Driver side. It was delay and sometimes for a long time. BAM - that was it. Ordered one on Ebay for $14,00 and will replace it tomorrow. Thanks guys. You lead me to the problem.

I found this today. Not sure if it covers your model or not.
