After reading all of these posts, I'm quite sure I wouldn't WANT an all leather steering wheel. First, I agree with the other members regarding a warm wheel in the winter - I live in SE PA - but more than that, what about hand perspiration and stains? Ugggh. I would bet that if indeed it was REAL leather, it could be stained with sweat.

I know that I'm very careful where I place my hands in the summertime...

I've had many cars with all leather wheels, never had any stained with sweat.

In my experience with other cars, just clean them like leather seats if they get visibly dirty.

Both of our current cars have all leather wheels (one is heated) and no sweating, staining issues at all. I like the all leather. The two Lexus both had wood/leather which we liked as well. I guess we're easy to please.

I think you might want to spend a little less time on clublexus and more on WebMD. JK. I perspire when it is hot but I don't think I've ever stained any leather components on my current vehicle.
