I listen to the American Top 40 (AT40) station on iHeartRadio via the Enform App Suite almost every day. About 2 weeks ago, the station disappeared. I had saved it in my favorites and it disappeared from there as well. It is normally found under the Personalities menu category, but it is not there. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you know what happened? Thanks.

Not sure. I don't listen to iHeart very much, but i just checked their web page and the station is still there. Is it still listed in your favorites on the website? I'll check it out in the car later today.

Believe it or not, even iHeartRadio on my computer drops occasionally. I have it playing in the background and then the station disappears or goes silent and I need to re-open another iHeart tab. it might be growing pain on their side as much as the Enform app. Sorry if that doesn't answer your question.

On the way home I switched over to iHeart. American Top 40 is the first listing in Personalities. You might try to switch to another app like Pandora, then switch back to iHeart to see if that has any impact. Interestingly my favorites on iHeart web do not sync with iHeart in Enform like my channels do in Pandora.

I also got a letter saying SiriusXM is free from May 20 to June 2, if your's expired and want to try it again.

It is back. I called Lexus Support and they looked into it. They were seeing an error for the channel. A couple of days later, the AT40 station reappeared.
