It depends are what look you are going for. I personally have 3 piece HRE 22 s on mine

If you're used to dodging potholes and like big wheels like me, get 22s. If you don't wanna worry about bending wheels as much and want more of a conservative look, get 20s. But with any size you choose, I suggest 2 or 3 piece wheels. A Lexus deserves higher end wheels. Not that cheap cast stuff.
