Mileage since refueling read-out inconsistent
On my 300H I have noticed that the mpg read-out on the dash page that says "Mileage since refueling" will sometimes reset itself whenever I top off the tank. Other times it does not and just continues to show the mpg read-out that was showing before refueling. This particular page cannot be zeroed out by depressing and holding the "Disp" button.
I do find that I can always reset the "average mpg" display by pressing and holding the "Disp" button, so it's not a major issue. Just seems like I should be able to zero out the "mileage since refueling" after refueling, or that it should happen automatically more consistently.
Anyone experience this or have a thought?
Thanks,

Like Dave Mac said, if you just top off after only a few miles it won't reset. Works the same way on my RX450h. I usually have to drive approximately 1/4 tank out of it before it resets on a fill up. I'm not sure how many gallons have to be used to cause the reset.
