You just have to remove the 2 bolts under the splash shield & 2 plastic clips from the sides total 4 for each side easier way I found is to turn your wheels all the way to the left if you are doing driver side and the opposite for the passenger side i installed HIDs that way yours should be easier for the leds since you don't have any ballast.

These H11 Philips LED bulbs have been nearly impossible to keep in stock! The ONLY LED fog light bulb to produce road legal beam patterns (It looks awesome and actually provides useable light output).

do you guys think these bulbs would work without having to mess with a ballast ? just a simple swap ? i like it because it is 19w, the lowest i could find. The 30w in some of the pictures is too bright for my taste.
It says in the ad that it is compatible, but i just want to make sure because they are H16, i thought 2013 lexus ES was H11.

Anyways, I found it extremely difficult to remove the old bulbs. That is, until I read the manual. The LED's did not want to go in without slightly bending the 3 clips away from the base of the bulbs. I've read others say the same, but XD claimed it wasn't necessary. Not a big deal, though.
Here's the end result:
I know it's daylight, but I can see a huge difference. Love it!

I've got the Cree H11 LEDs for my foglights. The LED foglights are only for show. If you want actual effective foglights, use HIDs. Plus when I had HIDs they were easier to install the bulbs in the socket of the housing.
I didn't have to bend the tabs on my LEDs to install them. But they are very difficult /tricky to install. The easiest way I found to install them is while looking through the front of the foglights reach around and align the 3 wings of the LED with the 3 slots in the foglight housing. Fit ALL 3 tabs inside FIRST (this part takes patience), then twist to lock in place.

The HIDs I had burned my housing. It lasted about a year (30k miles, yes I drive a lot) was using h11 35w 3000k. I went with OEM led housing, but I like the high output of the HIDs

It's really weird how when i tried to install HID bulbs with relay and harness for the fog lights, only one side lights up. I tested with many different bulbs and colors but still same thing. One side just turns off almost automatically once i switch it on. Does anyone have this problem or is there something wrong with the car electrical ?

Been meaning to post these for a while. Installed these about 5 months ago. Very White Bright and Match my 2013 ES350 UL HID Headlights.
They were just unplug stock and plug in JDM ASTAR. I love them. For just $20 Buck. Ill take a pic tomorrow when I get a chance. But they look just like others HID Fogs pictures.
