Default Cost for the 18" upgraded rims?

Is anyone aware of the cost or price paid to upgrade from the 17" to the 18"x7.5" rims?

The additional cost for 18" wheels and tires is around $800 on a new car but I would expect a dealer would have to charge more than that to just exchange wheels and tires on a car with the 17" wheels. It would certainly make a difference if they had a buyer (like me) who wanted 17" wheels on a car on the lot that had 18" wheels.

The upgrade from 17" wheels for the ES350 is $880 (MSRP). Much more than that after you take delivery. If you have not made a final deal yet, you could negotiate as I did and get the dealer to swap them free of charge as part of the deal.

Now there is a dealer who wants to sell cars and make customers happy.

Hope I can say this since I have no affiliation with this dealer. I live in Southern Louisiana and because this dealer is one of the sponsors of CL and gives parts discounts to CL members, I decided to email Sewell Lexus in Dallas for a quote on an ES300h. I am trading my 4 month old RX450h and figured they would take me to the cleaners like my local Lexus dealer wanted to. Their first quote included a substantial discount on the ES300h and a very fair trade-in for my RX. I asked about trading the standard 17" wheels for the 18" wheels and got a yes answer. My car will be at Sewell in 2 weeks for delivery. This will be my 9th Lexus, all the others bought at my local dealer. Even though I will have to drive over 500 miles to pick up my car, this was the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made and the people, especially Dawn, the Internet Manager, was the most accommodating person I have ever worked with. I'll give a final report after I pick up my car in the first week of November.
