New 2014 ES 350
Finally decided to pull the trigger on buying a new car, We had the TMMK Special Employee Pricing so we could not turn down the deal. Obsidian with black leather. Navigation, 17 inch ten spoke, heated seats, steering, super nice sedan. We decided on this car for a couple of other reasons, reliability and one of the last years this will be made in Japan. More than pleased with this purchase. Lastly, taking it to have the windows tinted tomorrow

I purchased my first Lexus, a 2014 ES300H, about one month ago and have put about one thousand miles by taking a highway road trip. It is a blue exterior with tan interior car with standard features. The display shows my average of 39.2 miles per gallon so far. So far I have played with features like SeriousXM radio, setting up combination of GPS screens, and seat position etc.
I drive in Normal mode, but am interested in other owners impression of Eco mode?

Happy 2nd time es owner. First one was a 1999 es300 that currently has 296k miles and still going. The paint and exterior is showing its age, but engine still good.
3 week, new owner of 2014 es350, nebula grey/black; navigation system, lux package; hid, bsm. I really enjoy the product.

Howdy,
I just got a 2014 ES350, Satin Cashmere Metallic with Parchment interior, Premium and Luxury Packages and Navigation System last Saturday. I was going to trade in an older Matador Red 2006 GS300 with Ultra Luxury Package and Navigation System but decided to just keep it. What else can I say but that I enjoy driving my Lexus!

Windshield issues ...
Bought my 2013 ES 350 September 6, 2013. White exterior, tan interior … all the features I wanted. Fabulous. On March 20, I discovered a 20" horizontal crack across the windshield. Was told that it could have had a chip and then the carwash the day before could have caused the crack due to temperature differences. I am in California. Haven't been to another car wash until I took it in for 5000 mile service on May 17th - which included a wash. Next day … another 15" crack across the windshield starting at the bottom where I could see a chip. What is going on?? Is this a common problem with this make/model? Previously I had an 2000 RX300 and 2004 RX330 in Virginia. I had plenty of rocks come flying at the windshields but never got more than a little mark from them. The ES350 is just 8 months old and just turned 5100 miles. I am at a loss. Comments - advise - suggestions??

I've not heard of anyone complaining of your issue. You may want to start a new thread, instead of asking this question in the "Welcome..." thread, though. Might get more visibility.

Bought my ES 350 on Saturday
Hello Forum Members,
Picked up my 2014 ES 350 on Saturday after test driving many makes/models. I tried to be completely open minded, started off thinking I would end up with a Cadillac. It came down to an Infinity M50 or the Lexus ES 350. Drove the Infnity again and told the salesman if he saw me it meant he had sold the car. Needless to say I didn't make it back...
Mine is red with buff interior, not sure what package, but it has NAV, parking assist, blindspot warning. What sold me was the ride quality and the quiet in the cabin.
Regards,
Jim

Hi Y'all:
Just picked up a used 2013 ES 300h on 5-27-14. It was a corporate car the dealer got from Lexus (or so I was told). 2013 Satin Cashmere Metallic with Parchment interior, 9800 miles, Ultra Luxury, Nav, ML sound, BSM, Lane Departure, Pwr trunk, Park Assist, Rain Sensing Wipers, Leather and Heated Steering Wheel, Carpet Mats, All Weather Mats, Rear Bumper App, Body Side Moldings and Wheel Locks. Traded in a 2012 Camry Hybrid with 3500 miles. The dealer told me they did not make an all weather trunk mat for the ES but if anyone is interested the all weather mat from my Camry was a perfect fit if you do not mind "Camry" in white letters on it. I purchased a 2010 Truffle Mica RX 450h last year decked out like this one and both of these vehicles are great. I would not have looked at the ES except the RX was wonderful from the start. I plan on putting both of them in the garage together and hopefully one day they will produce me a beautiful new LS hybrid, one can only hope. After all "L" is half way between "E" and "R" in the alphabet.
