Default Liking the 2013 ES more and more after looking like this

After chopping the pic, I'm liking this more than an 2013 Lexus GS350 and I own an GS

The latest ES pics out do look much better than the China pics.
Not a fan of the drop.

I like the 2013 ES350's looks, too.

My concern is that it's too low. It looks like it will scrape bottom too easily.

^^^^Ah, the OP posted photoshopped pics, the stock model sits at normal height.

I would not have had one complaint about the 4GS if this was how it looked. IMO, this BLOWS away the 4GS. Note to Lexus... fire the GS design team and promote the ES design team to the 5GS.

The new ES has all the swoopy sexy lines that the GS is supposed to have. It almost seems like they got it backwards. The body of the ES should be the GS and vice versa.

Edit: If they make an AWD ES, I may even consider one over the 4GS.

Those standards rims are horrible, in my opinion. At least the hybrid rims look more traditional. I would love to have 40mpg!

Sorry, but that doesn't enhance the ES' look at all, nor would it any car's for that matter. It's just sad that some people see cars this way.

The only thing that I do not like about the rear design of the ES, is that it looks so much like a Hyundai Sonata. The shape of the lights is almost identical to the Sonata. Lexus was always the leader with some innovation, however this unfortunately does look as though they have borrowed the design cues from Hyundai. However the shape of the rear quarter panels and boot do make the ES look infinitely better than the Hyundai ever could.
