Hi guys,

Just purchased a used 2011 lexus es350 with low mileage. I've owned it for 1 month and noticed an issues with my locks. Very spontaneously does the car decide not to unlock if I'm trying to open other doors then the drivers side.

Also once in the car the power door locks don't work as well as I cannot unlock doors with the power locks. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but looking for help.

Try changing the battery in your key fob.

Probably door lock actuators going bad. Comming problem.

there are a lot of "personalized" lock settings available. I would suggest showing your lexus service advisor what you think is wrong and they can tell you if its a personalization setting or a fault. Hard to judge from your description.
