Default Check VSC

I have a ES 350 and my check engine light is on along with the check VSC and the slippery when wet side. I took it to Toyota and they stated cam timing oil control vaule P0012. Question how serious is this? How long can I drive before anymore problems? Any suggestions? It has 107k miles. Does anyone know a shop in Atlanta Ga that will not cost an arm and a leg.

I googled the code. http://engine-codes.com/p0012_toyota.html
The site says you should consider this a high priority repair. Did Toyota give you a price quote so you can compare this to other shops?
