Unable to delete old/add new phone to bluetooth
I have a 2008 ES350 and cannot add and keep a new phone paired or delete old phones once car is shut off. When car is shut off for 1 minute or longer the old deleted phones reappear and the new phone does not appear. I saw several posts on this same issue several years ago. For those who had this issue, what was the fix for this problem. I took my ES350 to the local dealership, but they do not know the fix. They put in a new radio but that did not solve the problem Can anyone help?
Thanks
Thanks

Try to do a system reset . Remove the negative battery terminal then remove positive battery terminal. Touch the two terminals together for about 15-20 seconds. This should drain all of the cars non-volatile memory including all of you pre-selected radio stations. You'll have to reset all of them. Then reattach the positive terminal to the battery 1st and then the negative terminal. Now go in and pair the new phone. You should not have any other phone in the system.
