08' Lexus ES 350 Cost to fix minor damage
I would like to get an idea of how much it would cost to fix this minor damage.

It would be simplest to just take the pics to a body shop.
Most of us would only be guessing unless, someone in the business checks in.

Unfortunately, even with the bumper replacement you still have some metal that is indented/creased; a good body shop could repair it to be almost flawless. Even showing the pics to a body shop they could probably give you a ballpark.

Hahahaha, No way I paid asking price. I got it out the door for a few hundred less all taxes and fees included . I reviewed the car and VIN on Kelly Blue Book, Auto Check, Car Fax, Consumer Reports, Car Guru etc... It had a great rating compared to other used cars currently available in my area.
Do you guys think I could have gotten it even cheaper?

No I'm not in the business but was a simple body shop customer over the years. A new Lexus bumper cover painted cost me $1200 Cdn and I would expect fixing and repainting the scratches and especially the crimps in the other panel would run even more...

Repair cost including parts was $3500. No rush. The only not original parts were splash guards and bottom shields. Labor was 1200 and 2300 for parts. I was looking for a professional and inexpensive shop for a few days. Quotes were all over the place from 800 to 4000 for labor. Some shops said they won't fix unless they buy parts for me...
Now this particular car in this thread is not worth the money, damages aside.

Check the NADA website. I've been told that's what the banks/finance companies use to determine a car's worth. I'd definitely comparison shop before pulling the trigger.
