Just bought Touring Editon
I really fell in love with the touring edition's saddle leather with black trim and carpeting. It's starfire pearl as well, favorite exterior color. The only thing I had to get past was no availability of xenon lighting. I've had HID in my past 3 cars, but I just had to have the saddle seats. I hope to have HID installed by a really reputable shop in the next few months. I live in eastern Pennsylvania, if any of you know an installer within a 150 mile radius, I would greatly appreciate your passing on the info. I certainly do not want to entrust this to someone who has never done the conversion before.
The best solution would be if a Lexus dealer did it. Any huge Lexus dealers in VA, MD, DE, PA, NJ, NY ?

I really liked that combination too till I found out the dealer I bought from had the same deal for the car with all the options. I thought that was odd and bought the regular one. Of course what that means is your car was in more demand. Congrats and enjoy. It's a beautifull car and you will love it.

I think replacing your standard lighting with HID is going to be very $$. There are some kits available on e-bay motors but they will not swivel as do OEM. Most likely a stereo installation shop can do the job.

Congrats on the new car, its a pleasure to drive! ... I'm going to be installing HIDs in my car in the next couple of weeks and will take before and after photos so you can see what a simple "plug and play" HID kit will look like. That would be a lot cheaper than buying OEM HID headlights/retrofitting your current headlights/etc although the output would not be as great as the factory HID projectors.

try it for a few months
I think I'll try some night driving for at least a month to readjust to the halogen yellowish light, maybe try Silverstar or Philips halogen bulbs. If that doesn't work then I am prepared to invest some money in xenons.
I know I could have had the nav, xenon, heated-cooled seats for the same price but I would have a parchment, gray, or black interior. I certainly would have been well satisfied with those choices until I saw the hand stitched saddle leather.
