Something going on at Michelin r.e. MXV$Primacy
#16
Those el400 OEM bridgestone tires are on my car till tomm. They have 35k on them and prob have a few k left till changing. It's my wife's car and she drives on the hwy and I want her to have good tires in the torrential summer rain in sw fl so I am changing them now. They still ride smooth but very noisy now that there is some miles on them (My full size Tundra on Michelin's is quieter right now). They have always had a hard time balancing them and they always have a small shutter at certain speeds (80 mph mainly). Because of that i hate those tires (car is used on the hwy 90% of the time around 80)and everytime I get in the car I curse that I didnt get michelins (bought a lexus for quiet smooth ride and my truck is quieter. at low speeds at least...)! New they seemed to be noisy till 40 then they didn't seem to get much louder and at higher speeds seemed ok. All the michelins I've ever had are quite (on cars, trucks, suv's), well see tomm... Mine were 649 shipped and 70 gift card/rebate. Mxv4 h rated
