My friend recently purchased a 2011 ES 350. He received a interactive DVD. Problem is that the DVD doesn't work. He taked to the dealer and they gave him another one but it doesnt work either. The DVD loads fine but gets to one point where it say the DVD will "automically play in a few moments", but it never runs. He has tried both DVD's on two different laptops and get the same problem. Called Lexus and they said we will send him another one, waiting on the now. Has anyone else run into this same problem, any suggestions?
