Default All Weather Front Mats

Sewell Lexus has on its website front all weather floor mats for $60. Are these mats now allowed to be sold? I would love to get my hands on a set of them.

They are the thinner versions. Owners of the initial ones (thicker) got to trade them in for these but the rear ones are still the thicker ones. I replaced mine in the front of the car already but left the carpet ones with Exact Mats clear over them. Not too many people ride in the back seat during the winter and they are pain to work with (thicker ones).

Garsarno is right. I purchased a set early on when we first got the Es, the drivers side mat has been replaced twice and the passenger side once, (all recalls) so they are thinner, than the rears. There are other mats that look like they would work as well as the Lexus ones. I think I would check them out before buying the Lexus ones. Unless they are a great buy.
We got the carpeted ones, and they were just to hard to keep clean. I run the all-weather ones the year round.

The new factory ones are thinner but are easier to remove for cleaning. They worked fine last winter.

Same for me. The new ones are much easier to work with. I think they look nice too.

My main problem is that the front (new) and rear (old) mats don't match.

After laying something like $100 or so for the all weather mats initially they should match IMO.

Absolutely. This year, I just left my carpet mats in the rear covered by clear Exact mats. Not many people ride in the back.

Just received mine from Sewell the day of our first snow in N. VA. I'm pleased
with mine.

I also just received a set (early Christmas present from my supervisor (wife)). They fit nicely and also fit into the already installed pegs on the floor. It seems odd to me however, that all major german brands have all seasons available at most dealerships....but the only Lexus dealership that I located who sold these was Sewell????
