Question Bluetooth Problem

I have an 08 ES350. The other day, I tried to use the bluetooth and I got a message that it couldn't connect. The number that I was dialing showed up on the screen. Does it have to be paired again? They paired it when I bought it so I am not familiar with the process.

This is strange that it happened. Did you disconnect the car battery? Also did someone change the phone setting? If not then you'll need to re-pair the phone. Look in the OM and you will find out how to do it. If not you'll need to go to the dealer.

Default Bluetooth

No problem with the battery. It had been sitting unused for 2+ weeks while we were on vacation recently. Maybe that had something to do with it. I guess I'll try to pair it again - if not I'll take it to the dealer.
Thanks
