2000 ES300. All fours brakes dragging after 15 minutes of driving. Front end also shaking violently on interstate. Took to mechanic. Told me my caliper pins were dry. All new calipers, pads and rotors done two months ago. I regreased all the pins, no change. I decided to just put car up on jack stands, start it and not touch brakes. All four wheels locked up after twenty minutes. After much research on the web I concluded that it must be the master cylinder. Every mechanic I spoke with told me they were stumped. Bottom line it was the master cylinder. 80.00 bucks and some new fluid and my baby is her old self again. Hope this helps someone else.
