Default needing help

Hello, i need some input. My 99 Es300 is having some issues. I first got a hold of a bad tank of gas. Changed the filters and got bad gas out. Now when gets warm or all of the computers are running the car drops rpm for a few seconds and then picks back up. running lean. Sluggish when pulling out. For the first 20 minutes or so she runs smooth as ever minus pulling out. Thank you.

What do you mean by bad gas? Do you have any codes? What filters did you change?

The gas had dirt and water in it. Only changed fuel filter and plugs. Dont remember exact codes but it said, running lean, random misfire on all but 4 and 5, and all plugs were in the red. But i just changed all the plugs

If your check engine light is on check for codes. This will give you and us a better understanding of the problem.
