parking break wire
I just installed a dual din radio thay does navigation and all of that but i cant get it to work since i didnt hook up the parking break wire to the radio. Im just wondering were that wire is. I have a 2004 es330

I think he's referring to the car being in park (or have the parking brake on) in order to use the navigation and video screen as they don't want you typing in stuff or watching videos when the car is moving. I think there's some sort of electronic trick that has to be put in place to allow usage of the navigation screen while in drive.

Does it really matter where it is?
The Parking Brake wire supplys a ground to the radio so that the radio thinks / knows that the vehicle has the parking brake applied and will let you operate controls that it wont let you operate if the vehicle doesnt have the parking brake applied.
Just ground the radio parking brake wire so that it always thinks the parking brake is applied. That is what most installers do.
