Default Same thing burning rubber smell in 2003 ES300

I am experiencing the same thing in my 2003 ES300. When car is running and sitting at a light, you smell burning rubber inside the cabin. My husband has checked all of the belts and they are fine.
Any other thoughts besides replacing oil pan, gaskets, etc?

I have similar issue on 2005 ES330. A year ago my mechanic replaced engine oil pan and I started becoming burned oil smell in the cabin. It doesn't seem related, but it happened after that service.
In the meantime he replaced the engine valve gasket (I believe only the one that goes on the edge), but this didn't help.
Anyhow, I cannot see any oil leaking under the car, but when driving as if it drips very small amounts of oil that get burned on something. Also, to me, it appears to be in front part of the engine towards the license plate.

My idea is to go to some car detail shop, and let them clean the engine. The idea is a bit scary as I read many horror stories.
Would the steam cleaning be the safest way to clean it all up from the outside?
Once this is done, I am hoping I would be able to locate the source of smell.
