Depends on what you want to buy I guess. I have bought from these places
sewell lexus - OEM parts and has discount for clublexus members
rockauto - aftermarket parts
amazon - aftermarket as well as oem toyota/lexus sellers
ebay - You can sometimes buy oem parts from lexus/toyota dealers for good price on ebay

For jdm parts for your vehicle you can try contacting SUPRATRD I use him for more of the uncommon parts and parts that are harder to find in the US.
He has great quality items as well as awesome customer service and the prices are competitive.
